Well, the bearings doesn't care much if it's a 120 lbs rider or a 180 lbs rider - their drag is very much the same. The tires can easily be inflated a bit more for the heavier rider, making rolling resistance pretty much the same too. What's left is air drag, and the clue here is that a rider that's 50% heavier won't have a 50% bigger frontal area. So the lighter rider will only have a tad less wind resistance but a much lesser weight dragging him downhill.

Why does heavier marble roll slower than a lighter marble down a slope?

Heavier marbles have more mass, so they have more inertia and resist acceleration more than lighter marbles. This results in slower acceleration and slower rolling speed down a slope compared to lighter marbles.

Why does an object move faster when it is going down a slope than when it is going up?

An object moves faster when going down a slope because the downward slope provides gravitational potential energy that is converted to kinetic energy as the object moves downhill. When going up a slope, the gravitational force is working against the object's motion, causing it to move slower as it is using energy to overcome gravity.

How do you make a ball roll slower down the plank?

You can make a ball roll slower down a plank by increasing the friction between the ball and the plank. This can be done by adding a rougher surface to the plank or by placing obstacles in the path of the ball to slow it down. Additionally, you can reduce the slope of the plank to decrease the speed of the ball.

How does a deep and fast become slower and shallower?

In a river's lower reaches, where the slope is level and the banks wider apart, the flow is able to slow down as the water is able to spread out.

Why is it easier to go down the slope than up the slope?

Gravity helps you move down the slope but works against you on the way up.

Do undefined slopes have a slope?

An undefined slope is just a line straight down. The slope is undefined.

Why is the slope -3 steeper than the slope 2?

The number shows how steep it is, the sign is whether it is going up or coming down. So 2 is a slope upwards and -3 is a steeper slope down

Does a marble roll faster than a person?

Yes, sometimes and no sometimes. In the case of rotating objects the more import value is moment of inertia. An object with a higher moment of inertia will accelerate slower (roll slower comparatively for any given time after release) down an inclined plane. In the case where the marbles are of equal diameter and uniform (although different if one is to have more mass) density the heavier marble will roll slower down a slope.
