There are a few things that could cause a pocket bike to stall. Is it a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke engine? But in either case, it could is probably either the carburetor, bad fuel, bad premix[ For 2 strokes], bad clutch/transmission, clogged fuel line/fuel filter, Air intake problems, Bad fuel mixture and so on. The first thing I would check out be the carburetor. This is the most common cause of stalling. Try and clean it and play with the fuel to air ratio mixture screws. If this doesn't help, try checking the spark plug. If it is fouled and needs replacing, then it could cause stalling. If that's not it, check your clutch and brakes. There are a lot of possible causes, just get a small engines maintenance guide and follow the instructions. This should help out a lot.
