Factories in the 1900's; mostly 1905, were very dirty and unsafe. Disease spread quickly due to the uncleanliness of the work environment. And there weren't much restrictions on machines and such. You probably could see a child working a high-working machine!
You must find the address of the factory, then you post a letter to the factory asking to visit this type of factory. Depending on what you would like to do there, you will have to specify that in your letter.
A few global problems affecting factory workers are long hours, physical stress and danger of injury, and workplace safety in general. In 3rd world and developing nations, problems like low wages and poor working conditions can further complicate the life of an industrial worker.
Oh, dude, so like, if a cotton textile factory in Karachi is hit by floods in Punjab, it might face supply chain disruptions because, you know, transportation routes could be messed up. Plus, the factory might struggle to get raw materials from Punjab, which could totally mess with their production schedule. It's like when your favorite pizza joint runs out of pepperoni - a total bummer, man.
The modern day construction is being done by alot ofTechnology. This Technology is time consuming. the technology alows workers to work fast we have programs for blue prints in stead of doing it all by hands, we have laser levels that helps us to see the level of the ground instead of taking like 10 minuts to set up a scope and the meausuring stick. Todays society is allowing us to get work done faster. its easier and more accurate. In the Early 1900's its was all done from scratch. The measuring was done by measuring tape. now we have These Machines that can calculate the measurment fast and accurate. we have nail guns now a days. the nail gun wasn't created till like in the 1950's. Most nailing these days are done by the nail gun.

If you don't like these working conditions.. quit. The factory owner would be able to get someone with an hour to take his job.
