BMC stands Information Bureau checks. The names on the list this BMC is a result of using the book checks available after opening a current account (current account) at any merchant bank in Malaysia. when we issue a check to someone else, the money must be available and exceeds the amount of the check. if the amount is not enough, the check will be returned by the bank. We can not have three checks returned (due to insufficient funds only) within one year (starting from the date of the first occurrence). okay twice, a third time, the name will be in the list of black listed and the bank will issue a letter of instruction to the bank so that the current account is closed. and other banks will also be getting the same direction. So banks are others who will also check if the names on the list CTOS have a current account with them and if there is a current account will also be closed. when already closed account, that person can not open a current account at any bank in the past 6 months. after 6 months, there was a 2-year probation period. can open a current account after 6 months but subject to bank policy. there are some banks that allow open accounts, but there are some banks which do not allow. In certain cases, may be allowed to open a current account but can not have checks book. or may be ablr to have cheks book but once checks bounced, the account will be closed.
