Expert power is based on an individual's expertise, knowledge, or skills in a specific area, making them influential due to their competence. Informational power, on the other hand, is derived from having access to valuable information or resources that others may need or find useful, allowing the individual to influence others by controlling access to that information.
Hertz measures frequency, the number of cycles per second in a waveform, while decibel measures the intensity or power level of a sound signal. Hertz is a unit of measurement for frequency, typically used in sound waves and electronics, while decibel is a unit of measurement for the amplitude or volume of sound, often used to describe the loudness of a sound signal.

Both are senior employee of Govt. but depends upon their sector whereas IAS dealt with PM , CM , as Secretariat while IES is at the same level but in technical cadre . Although people used to go for IAS generally as they were supposed to have more power than IES because of their routine proceedings with PM , CM and other senior Diplomats .
Electrical energy resources: Wave power Solar power (also as heat energy) Geothermal power (generating electricity by turning turbines from steam generated in thermal pockets in the ground- eg in Iceland; also used directly for heating) Wind power Tidal power Biomass (newly grown plant/waste matter burnt just like fossil fuels) There are other non-energy resources that you can consider as renewable- for example building materials: insulation made of wool instead of plastic; fast growing bamboo from a responsible source instead of an ancient slow growing wood from a rainforest. Food resources must also be renewable- for example stocks of Atlantic cod are being used at an unsustainable rate and will become instinct if the trend continues. Any source which is not depleted in the long term by you using it can be considered a renewable resource. Fossil fuels are not a renewable resource because if you used it all now, there would not be any significant amount of new fossil fuel in 1000 years. Any resource can be renewable if the rate at which it is used up, is less than or equal to the rate at which it is produced.
There are six bases of power. These include coercive power, reward power, legitimate power, expert power, referent power, and informational power.

What the difference between process piping and power piping?
what is gandhis expert power
what is gandhis expert power
informational
expert power: is the capacity to influence other people because of specialized knowledge referent power: is the capacity to influence other people because their desire to identify personally with you
The difference is in the output frequency.
