Vocaloids can't dance. If you're talking about dancing exactly like in MMD, you certainly can't do everything they can, but the movements are kinda jerky and whatever. You should be able to do most of the things from Project Diva, but I don't recommend running up stairs as fast as Miku did in Rolling Girl because you will kill yourself.
