This gives you access to the conncetions. Look at the wire harness plug, it has letters on it, A, B C D on one side, E - H on the other. With the white plate off, plug the switch back into the wire harness. Jump E - H (blue to light tan wires) with the ignition on). Be carefull not to hit anything else. I used electrical tape to protect the inside of the switch. The window will rise. And then onto E-Bay to buy a used switch.
