How do Houses work in Adventure Quest?

First of all, to get a house you need to talk to Valencia to get to Betty Higgins and her husband. These are the real estate guys on Adventure Quest. Houses cost Z-tokens and usually you'll have to start off buying the tent (200 Z-tokens) because this is the cheapest. You can use you're house as a home base for battling monsters. You can also visit you're neighbors and fight their house guards if they have any. You can get guards for you're house too. The bigger you're house the more features it will have. You'll start off by just buying the property for you're house. Then you have to clear the plot by fighting monsters to knock down trees. Once you clear the plot the house will automatically be built. You can access you're house from the town of Battle On in the bottom right corner of the screen where it says house. You're house will slowly increase in value over time allowing you to invest that money into getting a bigger house. When you sell you're house all of you're items and guards will be moved to you're new house.
