How do you fit yourself in a index card?

Print out a picture of yourself big enough to fit on said index card, apply paste (or other adhesive substance) to the backside of the printed picture, apply the pasted picture to the index card, and when the paste dries, fold the index card over the picture and tape/staple shut.

Roll up a picture of you with your name on it and make a hole in the index card. Take the rolled up picture of yourself and slide it through the middle of the hole.
