you go to the right of Dr.F's house, you will see a genorator type of thing with a red light on it. get in front of it and jump. then jump again if you didn't make it that time.(neither did i) then jump on each platform that go up the cliff. (or wall, whatever you want to call it) once you get to the last platform, jump on his roof. then go to the left and do what you think YOU should do.
