If you meant "How do you get the Goron Bracelet inthe legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time", then you must play Zelda's Lullaby and Saria's Song for Darunia, the Goron leader. Make sure you play Zelda's Lullaby first.

Go to the bottom floor of Goron City and go to the locked door. Play Zelda's Lullaby. Talk to Daurina. He will tell you about the rock lizard, and bomb flowers. Then he will talk to about Goron's Ruby and he will say that if you beat the rock lizard, he will give you Goron's ruby. After that, he will give you the Goron Bracelet.
