How do you get the hat and phone on Nabooti Island?

Get the turban at Nabooti. You will need the blue lily from the Blue Nile Falls to swap for it.

The phone is at the Mountains of the Moon. Beat the old man at mancala, and enter the ice cave. Hop across the icy platforms inside the cave to get the Red Jewel. Then fall to the bottom left to get the phone.

At Giza, wear the turban and call the number on the shovel to get past Vince.
