You have to have the gondola base built. Go to the ski slope until you find a person shivering with his arms wrapped around his body. Talk to him until he says something that is something like stove. Buy him a stove and i think he will give you a stupefying speaker.

What I did to beaat 55 secs was practise, practice and practice, and STILL not get it. Then I came back 10 mins later, then I got it first time!
