There are two buttons on the bottom. A and M to change the hour its A and to change the minutes its M. To press them get a push-point pencil(recommended-optional) and stick the holes gently. These watches are not very useful, i think they are for decoration but its not most likely to get the exact time. It may be a few hours off. If you keep trying things though you may get it.
