The Dwakel Decoder is used for J6'S Secret map. The secret map can be gained by defeating the 'Sketchy? Dragon' in the Sandsea, Pencil Puddle. You go to Pencil Puddle, keep on going the 'top ' way. Till you see J6'S Boat. Get aboard the boat, and fight the Dragon. For the first and secod tries you'll get an armor or a helm, for the third time, you'll get the J6's Secret Map. (The pattern might be different for others.) The Dwakel Decoder has something to do with the J6'S map. If you'll be able to somehow 'attach' to of them. You'll get two new areas in the Sandsea. Swell, right? I'm not sure how to 'attach' does two though, I didn't try them yet.
