Is your garbage disposal rusted and stuck, making it not work properly?
It probably just has something jammed in it. In the center of the motor on the bottom, there is a place for a hex key so that you can turn the motor by hand. A tool was supplied with the disposal and may be under the sink somewhere. Second better option. Use a wooden broom handle in the top to unjam it. Use the opening of the disposal as the pivot point and pry the blades around to dislodge whatever is stuck in it. It may be that the disposal is old enough that the motor has rusted. In which case it needs to be replaced.
Either something is jammed in the blades or it is rusted. On the bottom of the disposal, there is a hex shaped hole in the center that you can use the key that came with the disposal if it is under the sink or a regular hex key. Wiggle it back and forth and sometimes it will dislodge what is stuck in the blade. Another way is to use a wooden broom handle to pry the blades loose. Put the handle into the disposal and against the blade and pry against the lip of the hole. Try in both directions and usually this will free up the blade. If there is something in there, take it out before using the disposal, don't try to grind it up.
No it does not. If one can afford to do so. Get the pipe replaced. Putting oil on it could make the metal supple causing it to burst.

It is important to replace a rusted license plate screw on your vehicle because rust can weaken the screw, causing the license plate to become loose or fall off. This can lead to a safety hazard on the road and may result in a traffic violation. Regularly checking and replacing rusted screws helps ensure that your license plate remains securely attached to your vehicle.
