Yellow is often considered the most effective highlighter color for memory retention. It is bright and attention-grabbing, which can enhance focus and recall. Additionally, yellow is less straining on the eyes compared to other colors, making it easier to read and review notes. Ultimately, personal preference plays a significant role, so it's essential to choose a color that resonates with you.

Which tool to be used to highlighter in ms paint?

MSPaint does not actually have a highlighter function... I know, terrible but technically you could simply use an Office product to accomplish this... but I did some tinkering and I found a work around. It is not 100% fail proof but it does a good job of faking the effect. If you're looking at the Home tab, click on 'Brushes' and click 'airbrush'. Next, click the straight 'line' drawing tool. Now, click the 'Outline' button and select 'Natural pencil'. Finally, choose a color you would like to do. This combination of settings creates a somewhat transparent effect, therefore accomplishing a 'highlighter' effect. Hope this helps someone out there! I just figured this out myself. -JMartin
