First of all, it is called HYPERIUM, not hyperbium. Secondly, you get there using the secret map from the J6 zone and using the coordinated obtained from the J6 quiz mini-game. You must have the dwakel decoder from the dwakel zone to make this work, however. Once you have completed hyperium you will be able to access it from the sandsea section of the world map.
