Luigi is a common Nintendo character that is seen around the world as the shadow of Mario Mario. (Yes, his last name technically is "Mario.") Anyway, Luigi is portrayed as a harmless plummer that is part of a popular franchise who coined the term "Spaghetti!" Weegee, on the other hand, is a DeviantArt formed person that tracks down victims by his menacing stare. He was first seen in the game "Mario is Missing," as a glitch, and has been adopted in to both DeviantArt and YTP. It is alleged that there is some power in his stare, that if you look long enough, and deep enough, you will turn into a Weegee clone, which will start will the eyes, then the nose, mustache, and clothes. This is just a myth however, and Weegee is most likely a video game character that only existed as a glitch. Or...is he?
