It's a bidding site where you have to purchase bidding rights, lets just say. It's like buying tickets to bid on a TV and when you run out of tickets you lose if you don't have anymore tickets in your account. On top of that you are bidding against a clock that resets everytime someone makes a bid. Be prepared to babysit the computer all day because with each bid the price increases in 1 cent increments only. Beware of the temptation to buy into it. You may end up spending more than you bargain for. Had I known I wouldn't of wasted my money or my time.
