The AC can smell bad due to mold or bacteria growth in the system, dirty air filters, or a clogged condensate drain. Regular maintenance and cleaning can help prevent these issues.
Hi i have 2000 Chrysler 300m. when i put the ac or heater a bad smell comes out. how can i get rid of the odor
Perhaps a dead mouse.
you have a bad heater core in your vehicle
Your AC may smell bad due to mold or bacteria growth in the system. To fix it, you can try changing the air filter, cleaning the evaporator coil, and using a disinfectant spray designed for AC systems. If the issue persists, it's best to contact a professional HVAC technician for further inspection and cleaning.
Yes. get is serviced. The water under your car is nothing to worry about this is humidity extracted from the cars interior when the AC is running. The smell - no idea what this is if it comes from the AC itself then there must be some mold formed in the AC pipes etc.
No Albania does not smell bad !!
if you have the ac on to long it starts to stink cause the filter picks up the smell and the smell spreads i suggest you get it cleaned
You smell bad because of you sweting.
No it doeS not have a bad smell
Change the filter and clean the coil. If it smells like a dead animal clean your duct work.
There is a bad smell when everyone urinates :-(
I cured my bad smell in my 2007 Sienna with a $10 can of "friggie Fresh"(sp?) from Auto Zone. There are many brands, The stuff kills bacteria in the AC. With car running and AC on, spray in the vent opening behind the glove box. First, take out the AC cabin filter that is behind the the glove box, then spray into the opening to run it through the system. Maybe replace the cabin air filter at the same time, about $15-$20. If you have rear AC, spray it in the intake(return air) vent that is on the right side when you open the rear door.
