try turning the key over It could just be that the arm for the lock inside the door has come off, you will need a new retaining clip before you take the door panel off to repair it.

So it would seem. If the ignition is in the column it may also be jammed by the steering wheel lock. Try turning the steering wheel and holding it while turning the ignition key.
I'm not too certain what you mean by jammed. If you just mean out of aligned door, you can loosen your hinge screws and realign the door. If you just mean the door wont come out of the hinge, you can tap it out with a punch and grease the hinges. If you want more specific, please be more specific.
