Letters are not determined by country, but by language.

Generally, English, French, Spanish, and others use, for the most part, the same letters.

English has very few extra markings on letters, but other languages can be found using extra marks on vowels, the letter C, and others.

Other languages still don't even use "english" letters.

Ancient Chinese writing is nearly an art style, with each symbol representing a word.

Hebrew, Greek, and others use different symbols entirely, similar to the way of writing English text, but instead with different symbols.
