There is some speculation that she was pregnant when she died and apparently she told someone that she was, but know one will ever know. After she died she was partly embalmed, which made it impossible to tell wither she was actually pregnant. Recently there was a test done on blood found on the seat she was riding in when she died, and it showed that the blood did not have anything that it would have if she had been pregnant. That however does not mean that she was not pregnant.
