jrnrvu is recognized by DEC, new delhi. B.Tech distance is not appreciated. degree given by jrnrvu is valid through out india. but there where only ugc or aicte recognized degree is demanded, this DEC recognized degree will not work.

Can you do b tech civil after your b tech aeronautical if yes how?
Why would you do that ? Both are bachelor degrees and are equivalent. The only difference is the field of specialization. You can go for master programs that accepts aeronautical graduates. Although you can again take admission in b tech civil as many people obtain dual bachelor degrees but it will waste the four years that you had put in b tech aeronautical. For that again you'll have to appear in entrance exams for b tech civil.
