Secondly and far more interesting is that while Henry didn't break from Rome, that's a fallacy, he and the Church in England, did point out that the papacy was regularly breaking the Canons or rules of the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church! He in doing so fell foul of the pope but preserved the English Church from joining the Catholic sect, formed at the Council of Trent! He should be remembered for this in a positive fashion if for nothing else!
