Depends. If you mean Henry VIII, as in the one who married 6 wives and had three beheaded, was the father of Elizabeth, Edward, and Mary, then he was king of England. I'm sure, however, that there have been several other Henrys in history of other countries. You should add more details to distinguish him from his various counterparts.
