He invented the Canadian healthcare system, their student loan system, the Canadian flag, the Canada Pension Plan, the Order of Canada, got rid of capital punishment in Canada, and won the Nobel Peace Prize for setting up the UN Emergency Force to resolve the Suez Canal Crisis. He was a very impressive man, and has many things named for him.
