Not all Muslims and Jews hate each other. With regards to religion, they have no reason to hate each other; they can even be friends, and many are.

There is a lot of conflict between Jews and Muslims, although it would be an exaggeration to say that ALL Jews and Muslims hate each other. Some get along. The source of the conflict is a dispute over the ownership of the particular territory known currently as Israel, formerly known as Palestine, and sometimes called the Holy Land.

Israel and Iran are countries. Countries are not capable of any emotion.

Making generalisations such as this question supposes about an entire population is infantile or worse, it is inflammatory.
The people of any country are individuals and it is incredibly foolish to ascribe and emotion to an entire populace.
You are referring to the ideals, ideas, hatreds, politics, jealousy and greed some people have for other people.
Some Iranians like the Israelis and vice versa.

I like some people. I do not like all people. It matters not where they live.

Iran's leaders have publicly and repeatedly called for the destruction of Israel. This does not include all of the Iranian populace, but it obviously does include the country's representative leaders, who set and carry out the nation's policies.Iran is also a chief supporter and instigator of international terrorism, much of it against Israel.

Why does Iran hate Israel? A few answers could be given, but these are excuses, not reasons. They are excuses because the relevant issues could be approached through avenues other than terrorism, but Iran chooses to neglect these other avenues.

If Iran spoke and supported attacks only against Israel's government and military, this might be viewed as a legal form of animosity and warfare. But in pressing for the death of the entire Israeli populace, Iran loses any veneer of legality.
