Their work environment is very dangerous.
One way that an employee can contribute to work environment is to remain positive. Negativity can bring down the moral of everyone in the company. Employees can also contribute to the work environment by keeping the work area clean and neat.
An ideal work environment is one which the number of employees is directly proportional to the work load that they are supposed to do.
You can contribute to a team environment by being friendly and kind to everyone on your team. You can work together to find solutions to problems and to increase team morale. You can come up with original ideas to benefit the entire team.
One exmaple of team work at home is when you are cleaning when and some els get in each others way but work it out with out fighting.
You can answer this question by knowing who is interviewing you. If it is a casual business, then say a casual environment, if it is a formal work place, you can say formal. You can also be general and say a positive team environment.
Do you have the ability to work harmoniously with others in a team environment to accomplish goals?
The ideal work environment is one in which the entire team, or at least your immediate team, works together to get the job done. In an ideal work environment, my relationship with my supervisor is one in which there is open communication and my ideas, opinions and insight are always welcome, even though they may not be chosen. The supervisor leads by example, not with a "heavy hand," expects no more from her team than she is willing to do herself, works along side her team to get the work done, and genuinely appreciates your efforts..
My question is - why is it important to be able to work as an efficient team member and autonomously in an office environment?
Team sports and events. We played paintball which was great for the team. The team has to work together in a fun environment, at work they can share the experience from the game and have something to talk about, what they experienced together. We've done as well Offroading (teams of 2), Go-Card (not very team building just fun day out).
If you have the ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently may asked during a job interview to see if you will fit into their work environment. Some work environments require a team effort, some require someone to work independently, and some require both. If you are able to work as a team player and independently you should tell the interviewer that you do have that ability.
