Likely, based on size, location, and appearance, your physician has diagnosed a stone rather than a tumor.
However, if you or your physician are concerned that it may be a tumor, you can have a PET scan done. If it is a tumor, it should light up brightly, if it is a stone, then it shouldn't really show a difference.
If you are concerned about it being cancer, bring this up to your doctor especially if there is a family history. A PET scan is something that can easily be done to rule out a tumor.
