Avoir in past tense in French is "avoir" with the conjugated form of "avoir" as the auxiliary verb. For example, "J'ai eu" means "I had," "tu as eu" means "you had," "il/elle/on a eu" means "he/she/one had," "nous avons eu" means "we had," "vous avez eu" means "you had," and "ils/elles ont eu" means "they had."

Eu nao falo portugues can be shortened to Nao falo portugues. Eu = I. nao = not. falo = speak [the verb form ending in -o indicates that the speaker is first person, or I]. portugues = Portuguese.
To make a greener Europe. (Easier trade in Europe.)
The appropriate conjugation of the imperfect form of the present infinitive avoir ("to have") or être ("to be") with the appropriate declension of the past participle of the main verb in question is the way to form the plus-que-parfait in French. For example, the pluperfect of avoir will be j'avais eu, tu avais eu, elle/il avait eu, nous avions eu, vous aviez eu, and elles/ils avaiaent eu. The pluperfect of être will be j'avais été, tu avais été, elle/il avait été, nous avions été, vous aviez été, elles/ils avaient été.
