Companies which serve the same market niche or product the same product or service, or operate in the same geographic area or all the above frequently find themselves in competition. That competition can become conflict is one or the other company makes a move, takes an action that threatens the rivals financial viability or has some other similar consequence. Or one company may have been in business longer and doesn't like having the competition or the new company is aggressively under bidding the older company in order to gain market share. Or simply the owners don't like each other and they are venting that feeling by using their company as a weapon. Whatever the reason of limit resources, limited customer base, the organizations are at "war" and while everything may not be fair there are sides, there is conflict and it take a variety of forms.
