The creator of this monumental sculpture is the german artist Roland Rafael Repczuk
I have looked up Roland Rafael Repczuk who appears to be a painter; I don't see any sculptures in his portfolio. Did he really make the sculpture at NATO or did someone else do it? Please quote a source for your answer. Thanks a bundle.
