Why did UNICEF form?

UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund) was created on 11th December 1946, to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War 2.

To achieve there goal. UNICEF goals are promoting healthy lives, providing quality education, protecting against abuse, exploitation (exploitation/corruption/use) and violence, and combating HIV/AIDS. UNICEF also vaccinates more than the world's children against childhood illness, malaria, AIDS and abuse.
