Well, This is a stupid question.
The orange Tarantula I own is a Pterinochilus murinus, and it's very fast and bites without warning.
But? What a stupid, stupid question. Can you think to yourself maybe.. "Are black dogs nice?"
They do. Venom from some of the poisonous species of spiders dissolves skin and develops a big, nasty looking scar after a couple of weeks.
It's probably a black widow and yes very poisonous.

Adult Wolf Spiders are about as big as your middle finger and your thumb curved to make a ring. I have wolf spiders in my home and i have a phobia of spiders, especially the big spiders. they are as tall as about an inch, or maybe half an inch. The "not fully grown" spiders are much faster than adult wolf spiders. These kinds of spiders are harmless, as well as 97.8% of all spiders in America.
Due to the cold long winters most spiders don't survive but the ones that do aren't poisonous. The most common spider I have seen is the Big-Daddy-Long-Legs which are the genital giants among Alaskan spiders and no where near as scary or big as some in the lower 48's. The further north you go in Alaska the fewer spiders. We are also free of ticks. I wish I could say the same about misquotes but most misquotes here don't carry any diseases.
Camel spiders do not grow as big as most people think, the exaggeration in their size is an urban legend. Camel spiders only grow to about six inches big.
Very big
Because 30% are big so the answer it's big and 70% are small and is not difference between insects and spiders
