the bite can cause a reaction where the flesh eats itself.
Honestly if you think you have been bitten by a spider on your back then you need to see a doctor i have seen spider bites turn extremley bad it was on your back so you have no idea what kind of spider it could be deadly or poisonous. You may not even feel the symptoms yet. For your own safety i recommend you see a doctor as soon as possible.

The Brown Recluse Spider has the strongest venom. It can cause significant cutaneous injury with tissue loss and necrosis. When you see a dark solid spot on the skin like it is very dry, you are problably looking at an necrosis. Its a very bad thing. It will not kill your pig but it will turn bad for consumption. The Back Widow Spider can inflict a painful bite which can be fatal. If your pig survives the bite, again it will turn no good to eat.
If you get bitten by a red back spider, then you will probably get nausea. The nausea won't be too bad, but get the doctor to treat the bite immediately. If the venom gets to deep, you are in danger, you could even die!
not that i know of it is mainly pink maybe you should go to a doctor it may be a spider bite if not it could turn out bad, although it could be just fine.
White-tailed Spider bites can cause initial burning pain followed by swelling and itchiness at the bitten area. Occasionally, weals, blistering or local ulceration have been reported - conditions known medically as necrotising arachnidism. As well as the spider's venom, minor bacterial infection of the wound may be a contributory factor in such cases.A debate continues about the involvement of White-tailed Spider bite in cases of severe ulcerative skin lesions seen in patients diagnosed as probable spider bite victims. Typically, in such cases no direct evidence of spider bite is available. Sensational media reporting of supposed cases of severe "necrotising arachnidism" has given the White-tailed Spider a bad reputation. However, a recent study has monitored the medical outcomes of over 100 verified White-tailed Spider bites and found not a single case of ulceration (confirming the results of an earlier study). The available evidence suggests that skin ulceration is not a common outcome of White-tailed Spider bite.White-tailed Spiders around your house can be controlled by catching and removing any that you see and by clearing away the webs of the house spiders upon which they feed.Above retrieved from, http://www.amonline.net.au/factsheets/white_tailed_spider.htmViper1
Despite their often large and hairy appearance, huntsman spiders are not considered to be dangerous spiders. There have been no deaths in Australia or in the United States from a confirmed spider bite since 1979.
pretty bad
It depends on the type of spider. A bite from a black widow or recluse spider - of course - would be much more harmful than a common gray house spider. In any case, any kind of spider bite can be nasty. Try to identify what type of spider it might have been, and keep a close eye on the wound. Wash it, and use an antiseptic. However, if there is any questions or concerns, I would see a doctor immediately. I have seen spider bites that have progressed and caused very bad side-effects. In addition, never let any bite - whether animal or insect - go untreated, in terms of cleansing, and use of antiseptics
I got bit by a spider fitting this description, and hurt very bad. Very small, black spider with two very small dots on its back(side by side), but I don't know what kind it is..left a pretty good welt, and red dot on my leg.
The Wolf spider is not naturally aggressive, however they will bite freely if they feel threatened. Although these spider bites are not considered to be harmful to humans and they do not have lethal venom, their bite can be very painful. The Symptoms of a wolf spider bite include mild pain, swelling and itching.
