Can I help a ladybug if its injured?

I hope yours got better, I have one too, that's why I was searching "injured ladybird", she was hit by a car but she's still alive several hours later, I am leaving her alone on a flower in my kitchen with some damp cotton wool to see if she makes it. Maybe Our Lady helps her beetles.

if the wing is broken, there might be nothing you can do for it because it can't live in the wild or captivity without flying
