Yes, they are one of the more poisonous spider species. Their fangs are not long enough to bite humans however.
Daddy longlegs, or harvestmen, do not have a venomous bite or poison sack. While some species of spiders have venom that can subdue prey, daddy longlegs primarily feed on decaying organic matter and are harmless to humans. Their long legs and small bodies can sometimes give the impression of being threatening, but they pose no danger.

The plural is simply 'Daddy longlegs', ie, "I saw two daddy longlegs this morning."
The creatures most correctly called daddy-longlegs are in their own separate Order which is Opiliones. Common names for this Order are 1) daddy-longlegs, 2) harvestmen and 3) opilionids. They are characterized by having one basic body segment which shows segmentation on the posterior portion, at most 2 eyes and all 8 legs attach to the pill-like body segment. http://spiders.ucr.edu/daddylonglegs.html
