freezing WILL kill bed-bugs but you'd better have one heck of a freezer. Your items would need to be in the freezer for 90 days (without being opened). Also you cannot use an upright freezer it would need to be a chest freezer.

Our allergist has suggested freezing stuffed animals that are not hot water washable to kill dust mites. Freeze it for 24 hours ... I don't know if this applies to bedbugs.

According to the New Jersey DHSS, yes. They recommend putting items outside "for a few hours" if the temperature is at or below 25 degrees F, so a freezer should do.

If you're willing to wait two to three years. You'd be better off heating the place up 120 degrees. Bed Bugs are durable and can hibernate in the cold for years.

Well no i tried it , it doesn't work it puts them in harbinaiting mode. Put the. Put all the furniture out on a very hot day it kills them and while the furniture is out clean the home with lemon cleaners and lavender they hate the smell in all rooms
