A wolf spider eats wolves thats where the name comes from. This is amazing considering how small a wolf is compared to its brother the wolf spider. Sometimes people call me the wolf spider. However, I dont eat wolves. Mostly I drink beer and shoot lil' wayne in the face with paint balls. I dont want to kill him, as the indignity in which I force him to live as my man servant eating paintballs is what keeps me going day to day. Thank you lil' wayne for being my biznitch!

Wolf spiders primarily eat insects such as crickets, ants, grasshoppers, and beetles. They are ambush predators that hunt at night and rely on their keen eyesight and speed to catch their prey. They do not build webs to catch food, instead they actively hunt and chase down their prey.
If they were feeder roaches (not just normal house roaches) and small/soft enough, I suppose you could feed them to a red eared slider.
