Arachnophobia(The fear of arachnids/Spiders) cannot kill you. However, you can become so afraid (of anything) that you can cause yourself to go into an anxiety attack, hyperventillation, lose conciousness and in an absolutely worst case scenario... cardiac arrest (heart attack).
