Im schizophrenic and take seroquel and clonazapam...AKA Klonapin.. clonazapam is just the generic form of it..Also while your on these 2 medications. DO Not Drink ALchohol....ive ended up in the hospital 2-3 times because of overdose because alchohol Intensifies the medications. I had to learn the hard way..anyways hope this helps.

A coma is very likely and coming out of it an happen in rare cases but brain damage may occur even if one recovers for such an event. I take these medications every night, and nothing happens besides a powerful need to sleep after about an hr with the seroquel. No coma at all.
