Therefore I went to a dermatologist. I told him I was using Rein A and he suggested that I use Clindamycin at bed time along with the retin a. Directions that were given to me were use the retin a as directed by applying a small amount onto face avoiding the eye areas. Then apply a small amount of the Clindamycin on top. I have used these for a month and have not had any large breakouts that I use to have.
