The Portugese Man o' War is a highly toxic jellyfish, so it doesn't have red blood cells carrying hemoglobin that circulate in a closed tubular system like people do. Because the jellyfish has a relatively high surface area to volume ratio, it doesn't have a circulatory system at all and instead relies on diffusion to ensure all of its cells get the proper nutrition.
