Do bee stings or wasp bites hurt more?

Bee stings don't nessicarily kill but if your allergic to bee's then you could get sick from it sting. Kiler bees can kill. You can also die from bee stings if you are stung by a large amount.

IN ADDITION:Yes. It kills the bee. This is because a honey bee has a barbed stinger and when it pulls away, it rips out its abdomen and later dies. A wasp has a shiny, smooth stinger and can sting you multiple times and not die from it.

As far as people goes. Yes too, but the odds are slim. If you are allergic to the bee or wasp sting, it can cause an anaphalactic shock. This causes the persons airway to become restricted and makes breathing more and more difficult. You could suffocate, causing death. People who are alergic to bee and wasp stings should get whats called an EPI-pin. Its a single prefilled, spring loaded dose of Epinephrine. You just push it against your skin and it injects you. This can save your life. People who encounter aggressive wasps like hornets and jellow jackets are more likely to get stung multiple times and the more stings received, the greater chance of anaphalaxis.

Yes bee stings hurt pretty bad. I was stung when i was 8 years old. You first feel a tingling sensation wherever the sting is then it starts to throb. It could last one-two days.

Bee stings can bleed a tiny bit, but the main reaction is swelling and discomfort. Try not to scratch or pester the sting because that could lead to infection and quite a bit of bleeding.
