No. This is a popular myth.
It is possible that some of the things we eat (such as rice) may contain some small parts of dead insects. The amount is impossible to quantify for an average diet.
it is said to believe that humans eat about one pound of insects every year without even knowing it! But that is just myth!! There is no scientific proof that we eat a pound of insects every year. There are insect pieces in almost all processed foods sold in any grocery store. How much processed food we eat determines how many bugs we eat. YAY!

Yes, sometimes humans can eat 1 pound of insects. This depends on where the person lives, and their choice of diet. Different cultures eat different things.

this is true, we eat at least a pound of insects each year without even knowing! It is usually when we eat cabbage or lettece without cleaning them!
Maybe instead of asking questions you should spend some of your time studying grammar as the question is not legible. It should read 'DO Human beings' eat about a pound of insects every year?' Oh and the answer - f*ck knows
I have heard that before, but I always thought it was ridiculous. But then I read an answer to a similar question on this site, and found out that the insects find their way into processed food. It's not that pounds of insects crawl into your mouth every year while you're asleep, which is what I thought they were talking about when they said people eat pounds of insects a year. Unfortunately, I can't find the question again. Even if it's true, the amount is likely greatly exaggerated. It's probably not anywhere near a whole pound.
yes and it is very good for you
I dont know never want to know and dont care
they are alike in every way because they are the same thing! 'bug' is just a stupider word for 'insect'
I think it's more like 2 pds. Not including rice.
