It's actually closer to a quarter of a kilogram, but we do accidentally eat insects. For example, the apples you see in the fruit stand are the pretty ones, undamaged and uninfested. But apples that go into apple sauce aren't as pretty, and often the insects that are on or inside them are chopped up and end up in the jars. Same goes for tomato soup, chocolate and many other products. There are guidelines for the allowed amount of insect, but it's impossible to completely filter them out.
Then there's the intentional eating of insects - pretty much all red sweets, cookies etc. are dyed using a pigment from a certain species of aphid, for example.
You won't ever notice this, and it's proven it's actually good for you - free protein!
Its a myth. But it really depends on where you live. The FDA does allow a certain amount of insects in the processing of food.
yeah they do, ergh
Quite likely.

Yes
this is true, we eat at least a pound of insects each year without even knowing! It is usually when we eat cabbage or lettece without cleaning them!
no this is not real
No. They do not.
No.
it is said to believe that humans eat about one pound of insects every year without even knowing it! But that is just myth!! There is no scientific proof that we eat a pound of insects every year. There are insect pieces in almost all processed foods sold in any grocery store. How much processed food we eat determines how many bugs we eat. YAY!
yes in their sleep unfortunatly and i believe you worded that wrong
True moo

Depends on what you eat and drink--for example, if you frequently drink watercress soup, you will drink in loads of insects, as a certain type of insect lives on watercress.
