no.you do not have to be a tycoon to buy a binpet on binweevils. you can buy dosh online to get dosh to buy a binpet to. i am not a tycoon on binweevils.and i bought a binpet by buying dosh. it costs $2.oo for 10 dosh. thats the cheepist price. my weevils name is the-tink. and i bought a binpet named BIN. oh and to get the dosh after you buy it online you have to go to your nest and look at your mail. it will tell you what to do.

You can't you need to buy it at the top or you can stamp your dosh card again. :)
