So happy ! I just cured my indoor basil plant which was suffering from white little aphids all over it!! All I did was dunk the stem and leaves of the plant into a solution of Oak leaves and water. I did this once a day for 2 days. ( 99.99% cure after the first dunk !) (I had a bunch of oak leaves which I had previously torn up in to shreds and soaked overnight in a large bowl of water .) Also I changed the plants location to the bathroom (away from 2 other plants it was with ?not sure if relevant??!)- Lawrence
To effectively get rid of aphids on roses using vinegar, mix equal parts of water and vinegar in a spray bottle and apply it directly to the affected areas of the plant. The acidity of the vinegar will help to kill the aphids and deter them from returning. Repeat this process every few days until the aphids are gone.

You can also attract beneficial insects like ladybugs or lacewings to help control the pest population.

Additionally, make sure the plant is not overwatered and receives enough sunlight to prevent fungal growth. If the issue persists, consider using a natural fungicide or seeking advice from a gardening expert.
